The foundation is the existing TRADMAN'S TORAICHI brand logo. By dropping that worldview into the iconic design style of DOG TOWN, cross motifs and bold coloring were naturally integrated.
A cross is placed in the center, surrounded by an original logo featuring a tiger and a pine tree. Although these are motifs that symbolize Japan, they have been elevated into a powerful graphic that blends Japanese style with street culture by incorporating the design language of DOG TOWN, which represents the 80s skate scene.
The classic logo is simply embroidered on the front. A bold, striking graphic is printed on the back, making this a piece reminiscent of a vintage skate T-shirt.
The body uses a faded black-washed fabric. The texture, which looks as if it has been worn for years, harmonizes with the graphics, giving it the aura of a vintage garment despite being new. The white version complements the vividness of the graphics, while the black-wash creates a more rugged and deeper look.
